SPECIAL  MEETING
October 13, 2005

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by the Supervisor, followed by the pledge of allegiance.
 

Present:    Brown, Bielby, Caverly and Parkinson. Absent: Bassi.  Citizens Approx. 85

Opened the ORV Hearing 7:05 p.m:  The purpose of this hearing was to hear the pros and cons of accepting an Ordinance covering the use of ORV’s on county roadways.
Dick Ranney read the proposed ORV ordinance and the Michigan Compiled laws that regulate ORV usage. Questions were asked by several members of the audience.
The hearing was closed at 8:15 p.m.
Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to adjourn at 8:20 p.m.
