PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP
REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 11, 2005

 

Meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M. by the Supervisor, followed by the pledge of allegiance.  

Present:  Parkinson, Brown, Bielby, Bassi, Absent: Caverly, and 4 citizens. 

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bassi seconded by Brown to approve the minutes of the October 19, 2005 regular meeting.  Roll call vote: 4 ayes. 1 Absent.  Motion carried.

Financial Report:  All Accounts are balanced.

Presentation of Bills:  Motion by Brown seconded by Bassi to approve the bills as presented. Roll Call vote:  4 Ayes.  1 Absent.  Motion carried.

Public Comments: None at 3:10 p.m.

Planning Commission Report:  The Planning Commission recommends the Stanford LP Gas to be located on parcel 070-014-200-005-10.  Motion by Brown seconded by Bassi to approve the Planning Commission’s recommendation.  Roll call vote:  4 Ayes. 1 Absent.  Motion carried.

Fire Dept.:  It was requested to amend the Fire Ordinance to be able to burn earlier in the day if the weather permits.  Motion by Bassi seconded by Parkinson to amend the time on the Fire Ordinance to 2 P.M. after October 15, effective immediately.  Roll call vote: 4 Ayes.  1 Absent.  Motion carried.

Motion by Bassi seconded by Bielby to adjourn at 3:50 p.m. All ayes.  Motion carried.
