SPECIAL MEETING
February 24, 2005

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by the Supervisor, followed by the pledge of allegiance.

Present: Brown, Bielby, Bassi, Caverly and Parkinson. Citizens: 16

Public Comments at 7:05 None.

ORV Ordinance Recommendation: Motion by Parkinson seconded by Caverly to go on record that Plainfield Township supports the Iosco County Commissioners in the creation of an ORV Ordinance similar to the one in Ogemaw County. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Fire Dept.: Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve additional items added to the new pumper, $11,212.00. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Carpet bids for Fire Hall: Motion by Parkinson seconded by Bassi to approve the bid from Allen’s Flooring for $791.78. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Motion by Bassi seconded by Bielby to adjourn at 7:17 P.M. All Ayes. Motion carried.
