| Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by the Supervisor, followed by the pledge of allegiance. Present: Parkinson, Brown, Bassi, Caverly-Bielby absent and 8 citizens Approval of Minutes: Motion by Brown seconded by Caverly to approve the minutes of the March 16, 2005 regular meeting. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 absent. Motion carried. Financial Report: All accounts are balanced. Presentation of Bills: Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve the bills as presented. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 absent. Motion carried. Public comments: None. Uncollected Personal Property: Motion by Bassi seconded by Parkinson to remove Clement Refrigeration and Alpine Capital from roll as uncollectibles due to out of business. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Motion carried. Sewer Lagoon Engineer: Motion by Parkinson seconded by Bassi to hire Daniel Robb (Sunrise Enterprises, LLC) to replace Paul Nielson as Lagoon Engineer for $683.00 per month. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Motion carried. Fire Department: Motion by Brown seconded by Caverly to purchase an Avener Argo for $18,617.50 with PAMAHA putting $5,000.00 down for the fire department. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Motion carried. Resolution for Parades: Motion by Bassi seconded by Caverly to authorize the Township Clerk to apply for parade permits for 3 parades for the year 2005. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Motion carried. Parks and Recreation: Motion by Bassi seconded by Parkinson to accept the resignation of Wayne Magnon from Parks & Rec. with regrets. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Motion carried. Motion by Caverly seconded by Bassi to appoint Carrie Portuesi to Parks & Rec. Board to fill the opening. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Motion carried. Assessor Contract: Motion by Parkinson seconded by Brown to renew Tammy Fall’s contract to $48,100.00 and adding 1 week vacation (total 3 weeks) for 2 years.
