| Meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M. by the Supervisor, followed by the pledge of allegiance. Present: Parkinson, Brown, Bassi, Bielby- Caverly absent and 4 citizens Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bassi seconded by Brown to approve the minutes of the April 20, 2005 regular meeting. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 absent. Motion carried. Financial Report: All accounts are balanced. Presentation of Bills: Motion by Brown seconded by Bassi to approve the bills as presented. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes, 1 absent. Motion carried. Public comments: None. Amendments to the budget: Motion by Bassi seconded by Bielby to approve the following budget amendments: 101-191-702.000 from $2,500.00 to $3,800.00; 101-448-921.000 from $1,500.00 to $3,500.00; 101-410-704.000 from $3,000.00 to $8,000.00; 101-890-956.000 from $13,340.00 to $5,040.00; and 206-000-696.000 from $0 to $346,016.00. Roll call vote:4 Ayes. 1 Absent. Motion carried. Amended Resolution for Hale Creek Lanes: Motion by Bassi seconded by Brown to approve the amended resolution for a new full year Class C License for Hale Creek Lanes. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes. 1 Absent. Motion carried. Fire Dept: Motion by Bassi seconded by Brown to rehire Robin Byrski to clean the Fire hall and park bathrooms. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried. Liquor License Transfer: Motion by Brown seconded by Parkinson to approve the transfer of On-Premises licenses by MCL 436.1501 to Long Lake Bar and Grill Acquisition Co. LLC. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes. 1 Absent. Motion carried. Bids for Paving parking lot: The following bids were received and opened: Janet Paving $15,300.00, West Branch Paving $11,900.00, Katterman Concrete $68.00 per yard approx. $11,635.00, B & Z Patch & Paving $13,860.00, and Pyramid Paving $19,450.00. Table the bids so supervisor can check with each company. Bids for 1973 Fire truck: One bid received, $505.00 from Wayne Caverly. Motion by Parkinson seconded Brown to accept this bid. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes. 1 Absent. Motion carried. Summer School Tax collection: Motion by Bassi seconded by Bielby to approve the contract with the Schools for collecting summer taxes at $2.50 per parcel. Roll call vote: 4 Ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried. Information: The benches for the beautification project have all been sold. There are no spaces available. Jose Lake Road: The Court has ruled that this is a public road from Jose Lake Drive to South Branch Rd. Motion by Brown seconded by Bassi to adjourn at 3:45 p.m. All Ayes. Motion carried. Elaine J.
