BOARD BUDGET MEETING 6-22-2005

Meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M. by the Supervisor, followed by the pledge of allegiance.
Present: Parkinson, Brown, Bassi, Bielby, and Caverly. No citizens present.

Closed the regular meeting at 3:10 p.m. and opened the Budget Public Hearing. Public hearing for the 2005-2006 budget. The following was offered for discussion: General fund budget $650,164.00, Sewer Fund $122,850.00, Waste Site $195,000.00, Road Fund $223,500.00, Fire Dept Fund $190,552.00, and Library Fund $48,612.00. Closed the Public hearing at 3:25 P.M.

2005-2006 Budget: Motion by Parkinson seconded by Caverly to approve the following budget amounts: General Fund $650,164.00
Sewer Fund $122,850.00
Waste Site $195,000.00
Road Fund $223,500.00
Fire Dept. Fund $190,552.00
Library Fund $48,612.00
Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Budget Amendments: Motion by Bassi seconded by Caverly to amend the following accounts in the 2004-05 budget, 101-000-681 from $0 to $10,433.00
101-215-703 from $20,200.00 to $19,100.00
101-191-702 from $3,800.00 to $4,900.00
101-410-702 from $7,500.00 to $7,000.00
101-261-704 from $25,000.00 to $25,500.00
101-276-702 from $2,000.00 to $500.00

101-299-882 from $ 0 to $49,723.06
101-751-705 from $1,000.00 to $ 1,500.00

Wages for part-time employees: Motion by Parkinson seconded by Brown to set the wages for part-time employees at $7.00 per hour effective July 1, 2005 (or first payroll in July.) Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Brown seconded by Caverly to approve the bills as presented. Roll call vote: 5 Ayes. Motion carried.

Fireworks: Motion by Bassi seconded by Brown to approve a resolution for the fireworks for July 2, rain date is the 3rd of July. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Motion by Bassi seconded by Bielby to adjourn at 3:40 P.M. All Ayes. Motion carried.
