PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP
REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 15, 2006

 

The Supervisor, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, called meeting to order at 3:00 P.M.  

Present:  Parkinson, Brown, Bielby, Bassi, Caverly, and 3 citizens. 

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve the minutes of  the February 15, 2006 regular meeting. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Financial Report:  All accounts are in balance.

Presentation of Bills:  Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve the bills as presented. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Summer Office Hours:  The new hours for the Township Offices will be Monday thru Friday 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. beginning April 3, 2006.

Election workers for School election May 2, 2006:   Motion by Parkinson seconded by Caverly to approve the list of 6 workers for the School election. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Public comments:  Mr. Shellenbarger, Mr. Bannister and Mr. Milliron all addressed the Board regarding the property at Loon Lake and Mudd Lake and the surveying that was done.

Motion by Bassi seconded by Bielby to adjourn at 3:30 P.M. All Ayes. Motion carried.
