The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Parkinson, Brown, Bielby, Bassi, Caverly, and 3 citizens.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve the minutes of the December 20, 2006 regular meeting. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve the bills as presented. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: All accounts are in balance.
Jose Lake Store: Dick Brown presented the plans that were approved by the Planning Commission, which required a re-zoning. Motion by Caverly seconded by Brown to approve the re-zoning on the Jose Lake Store property #072-010-300-007-00 from MDR to NSC to enable the owner to install gas pumps. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Brown seconded by Caverly to approve the Jose Lake Store site plan as presented. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.

Joe Pellens addressed the Board on the questionnaires that have been returned and the proposed Zoning changes.
Fire Dept: The department will receive a $37,000.00 grant for personal protection equipment.
FISH Store Site Plan: Dick Brown presented the approved site plan from the Planning Commission. Motion by Brown seconded by Caverly to approve the site plan as presented. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.
